At Em&Mo Creations, we’re committed to creating greeting cards that help you connect, celebrate, and brighten someone’s day. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our store policies below.

 

Return Policy

We take great care in designing and producing our greeting cards so that every order brings joy. Because of the personal and time-sensitive nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • Exceptions apply only if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Claim

  1. Email us at emandmocreations@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.

 

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after the 14-day window cannot be guaranteed for resolution.

  • Photo documentation is required.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. While all sales are final, we understand issues can happen in rare cases such as damaged shipments or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are only considered for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide order details plus photos.

  • Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or unwanted items.

  • Claims after 14 days are not eligible.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to make sure your greeting cards are ready and shipped on time.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once processing begins, or the order ships, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email emandmocreations@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  2. Include your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

  3. We’ll confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
