All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.➤ What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
➤ Do you give refunds?
Refunds are only considered if your order is damaged or incorrect. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.➤ How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
➤ Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.➤ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and your order hasn’t been processed or shipped. Custom/personalized orders cannot be canceled.
